The front desk staff were super nice and funny, which made checking in a breeze. The room was clean and pretty, plus the restaurant had amazing food. Location is perfect for exploring downtown. Little downside was the air conditioning struggled a bit to cool the room completely. Really appreciated the free water at the front desk, though!

Loved the historic feel and location on whiskey row. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and walking distance to park and food.
Felt like royalty, no complaint.

the location could not be better. the elevator was unique and we read the history of the motel. we had no false expectations for a historical landmark. we found the staff to be beyond customer service trained. knowledgeable of the history and so accommodating. we ate at the bistro and the food was absolutely amazing. there were small shops in the same building and a jewelry fair in the common area. i was right at home. i wish we could have stayed longer. i will def go back!
